Our perspective.

The thing about the whole debacle is the lack of transparency - we  
simply don't know what the agreement will actually involve, how the  
text will look, and why when discussing issues like copyright  
infringement, which is a balancing act - we can't comment or  
participate in the discussion. It is absolutely unacceptable.
