Ahoi, Members of the Pirate Party!
We have a great project this weekend here in Frankfurt/Main, Germany:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
©oPirates
dancing act & performance & party
on January, 28 and 29, 20h CET
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Round about 250 people will enjoy this performance, supported by various
important institutions like Goethe Institute and so on. About 50 artist,
professional dancer, musicians and members of different social, cultural
& political groups, will take part - without the traditional separation
into audience and artists.
Artistic thesis: copying & imitation are fundamental parts of learning
and of community itself. Ideas and methods are spreading out like
viruses ...
Concept: members of audience will be actively & physically engaged in
the process of learning by imitation, sharing and teaching - without
knowing: who is "just" part of the audience and who is performer ....
A Pirate Pad and a twitter live-stream will be projected onto various
spaces during the event.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Enjoy & enrich ©oPirates!

©oPirates negotiates questions regarding communities natural character.
Within an energetic performance professional dancer and artists interact
with different social, political and cultural groups to get the
phenomena of community. In which manner does the body indwell community?
What's the impact of knowledge transfer for being together? Jointly
sharing & learning - core of every community? What's the role of
miscellaneous forms of piracy within (trans-) formation and evolution of
community? ©oPirates is a marketplace for ideas, a dancing rendevous, a
philosophical party! You are heartily invited to take part!
