[pp.int.general] Results of Structure & Organizations & Roadmap updated & Other stuff

I have written some (not all!) results of the structure and communications 
workgroup to the wiki:

I ask all participants of the workgroup to add their notes.

I also updated the roadmap. We now have a schedule in the wiki. I ask all 
particpants of the Vienna meeting to get their main goals into table. I 
already added a few but it is an incomplete overfew up to new.

And can anyone tell me about the status of the contact data list floating 
around the meeting. I would be very happy to get the data and the "labeled" 
photos of pirates Rick took on Friday.
