[pp.int.general] Trifle: wiki license & stuff

The license issue includes two questions:
1. license visible to the reading audience
2. license imposed to the writing users

For 1. I suggest omitting any information about licenses. This because of what
Jouni said and our mission itself of course.

For 2. I suggest public domain. If somebody abuses our material we will not
sue him anyway, so a license is no protection at all. On the other hand
content wich is already under a specific license is not made public domain if
(accidentially) uploaded to the int. wiki (this might be important for you if
it comes to logos, ...). At least that is the position in Germany.

I will change the license-texts in the wiki to this during the next week if no
one continues to argue about. If the later is the case I will start a poll
about CC vs. Public Domain.

To Florian: the copyleft movement ist still a part of the copyright system,
although it is the subversive one.

Regards,
Jan
