[pp.int.general] ping - anyone here?

Well, i don't know. I tried to contect a french pirate that has the nickname
of 'manolito' in the ppi forum but he didn't answer,at least not yet.
Anyway, if you go to the webpage http://www.torrentportal.com you can see
that their forum is working well.
