[pp.int.general] pp-international.net user account

[Pirate Relations US]

I've been trying to log in to the website, at the front page, where the username and password item is. Keeps saying my username "has not been activated or is blocked." Is there anything in particular I should be doing, or is this not where I chould be trying to log in?
