Yes absolutely.

If we can get a Russian band manager and assorted trade associations on
our side, we'd be able to move this towards a north-vs-south issue,
rather than a we-want-music-for-free issue. The fact that they take such
an interest in us is remarkable.

I just hope it's not because they think they'd be able to "explain how
things REALLY work" to us. I've had the pharma industry try that on me
already. At least they paid for lunch...
