This site looks like another pirate party. Does that mean someone is
trying to fork it in France? As far as I can see there's not much you
can do. Register another domain to be reachable again. If you have the
name rights for pirate party in France and can prove it, try it first
at the registrys site. I think there's something like DISPUTE for
de-domains for other domains. If that doesn't help there's not much
left except of a court procedure.
