[pp.int.general] Polish PP - registration document

hi,

registration of Polish PP has started. Our official shortcut is just
"P" (because PP and PPP was registered by other parties before). Name
is the same as always Partia Piratów :)

Now. court has 90 days to info us about registration or send us
information of what has to be changed is statute fe.
