The arrests of islamist terrorists are 257% higher than the number of
attacks, and that is also the kind of terrorism we are pledged to be
most afraid of. Yet we have nothing but the words of Frattini upon
which to base the allegation that this is a real threat. We actually
cannot support with evidence that this is a "real" and "high" risk in
society.
Frattini does not actually mention at all in that speech what kind of
evidence he bases his claims on other than his claims.
