[pp.int.general] Frattini Press release

[Jan Huwald]

I gave it to our press team for translation to German. So PP Austria can lean 
back :-) I will post the German translation to the List when it's done.

I think it should be published on PPI. Also it would be nice to hear of other 
parties when the push out the release in their country.
