[pp.int.general] Activities against Torpedo Amendments

Is there a possibility to change Media Wiki to Englisch? Sorry but I
don't speak very much Spanish and I think a lot of other people are in
the same position so its very hard to find supporters for this campaign
if they frustrate because they can't find the "register" button.
