    No. Ana analogy: if you can give a gift, it does not imply that you are =
    allowed to steal.

That statement reflects a basic decision to view the issue primarily
from the copyright holder's point of view, giving his privilege as
more importance than the public's freedom.  That bias is the basis of
the position of the copyright lobby, and with it they obtained the
unjust laws that the Pirate Party was formed to change.

Thus, the Pirate Party should present this as an example of the sort
of thinking that people must learn to avoid.
