[pp.int.general] Broadband rollout in Sweden continues

It's fiber based. No DSL++Turbo stuff will reach 1Gbps, that would require
better cables than telephony wires can offer or probably unhealthy radiation
from them ;-) /Anders H. (Once engaged in IEEE Fiber To The Home
standardization in a company that went bankrupt 6 years ago ;-)
