Rather than that, if it is infeasible nowadays, the final result will be terrible tomorrow.
Does Spanish people know about DR? Most of them don't. And in some years from now they will find normal the must of giving their personal data each time they have to buy a prepaid mobile phone, or where they were when they talked with who.
If the bill is passed and it comes to be not applicable nowadays, the bill will consolidate, no one will complain, they will be able to develop the infraestructures to make it applicable and, later, they will progressively enforce it -to make everyone get used to-. Bold liberticides use to be boldly rejected; however, when boldness is replaced with subtleties, most people don't become aware; and then the liberticides inoculates deep under everyone's skin, until they get used to, and don't complain anymore.
That's the reason for spreading info about such bills. Regards
