[pp.int.general] Fwd: [fse-esf] Proposed ESF seminars

This is a reply I got from one of the people who are in the
seminar-group of ESF.

European Social Forum is a pan-European event to gather activist
forces from all over Europe to make connections and spawn ideas for a
better world, ort alternative globalisation. All of the participants
are non-parliamentarian, which means it is in no way connected to any
particular democratic state or the political parties therein.

Pirate Parties International and Swedish Ung pirat (Youth Pirate
League) are submitted for participation. There are no individual fees
for participatin Pirates. For Pirates who wish to attend on 17-21
September 2008 we'll try to arrange with solidarity accomodation
within the Malmö region, and also try to subsidize travelling costs.

Ole from Denmark has offered to accomodate pirates, and also offered
to give people rides from Copenhagen for the days of the event, and
back.

Our current seminar plan is:
Reinier Bakels, Netherlands, talks about immaterial property rights in
Europe and the need for political activism.
Christian Engström, Sweden, talks about likewise immaterial
properties, but medicines, and the need to change patent legislation.

Rick Falkvinge will hold a note for the Greens on copyright at the same event.

Questions, ask me. There is a lot more information about current
sitaution further down in this e-mail. Thx,
Amelia

Helt OK

Men hemsidan (och domänens epostadresser) ligger nere pga domänproblem och
anmälningstiden är uppskjuten till 5.6. Er ide låter bra men någon anmälan
via epost finns inte. Har ni problem ändå, hör av er direkt till
programgruppen:

Message in english - svenska – francais – español

EN:
Dear all!
At the worst possible moment, we are having some problems with our domain
name which means that the website is currently not online. The company where
we have registered the domain has shut it down. We are, as you might guess,
frantically working on solving this. But unfortunately it seems that the
website will be down for a couple of days even. So there is no other
possibility than prolonging the deadline for a couple of days in order to
give people the chance to register their program activities.

New deadline: 5 June
Please keep a lookout on the website to see when it is up again.

Unfortunately this also means that our emails are not working either.
We can however be contacted through these addresses:
esf2008 at gmail.com (info address)
esf.sara at gmail.com (program)
sophiesermage at gmail.com (interpretation/visa)
esfcontreras at gmail.com (fundraising, ALIS)
annasofiaesf at gmail.com, <mailto:annasofia.esf at gmail.com> (logistics)

We will proceed with the updated proposed activity registration files we
downloaded 28th of May to prepare the merging for the Kiev EPA.
Please spread this message to relevant people.

SV:
Hej!

esf2008 at gmail.com (infoadress)
esf.sara at gmail.com (program)
sophiesermage at gmail.com (tolk/visa)
esfcontreras at gmail.com (fundraising, ALIS)
annasofiaesf at gmail.com (logistik)

Vi kommer att jobba vidare inför inför programmötet på Kiev EPA-mötet med de
uppdaterade programaktivitets-filer vi laddade ner 28 maj.

Sprid gärna detta meddelande vidare till berörda. Tack!
