Of course it is valid. My amendment is valid, yours isn't.

It can't get easier than editing the international Wiki.

This is disgraceful government. Since I can't kick you out of the board within 
this week, I ask other eligible voters to submit my amendment (the eighth) as 
theirs. Just to make sure we can vote on it.
