You call it stealing,

We call it taxation.

Taxation of illegal fishing trawlers, toxic waste dumping and WMD
smuggling criminal corporations inside 200miles zone of somalian waters.

Just because the US failed to install a puppet regime in Mogadishu in
the 90s it does not mean the somalian people do not have the right to
organize what the Puntaland Tribes call them self:  coast guards.

btw: please explain where the 'stealing' happens, when the originals
remain by the owner - after paying taxes.
