[pp.int.general] technical problems with this list

Hi international pirates,

dunno why this happens, but i have repetedly the following problem with
this list:
i get no mails from here for some days and then after some days i get
them all at once (just got last ~100 ones from the last 6 days...)

of course this way its not a very reliable solution, if you have
deadlines or stuff.

I will try to find another target address for the mails of this list to
me and would like to ask, if the list administrator could check, if
there are any problems with my subscription. (is there a spam filter in
use?)
