No, he hasn't. The only thing he did was to ask someone to ask on our main 
mailinglist for opinions regarding the manifesto. Only one or two people 
responded and one of the answers was a recommendation not to vote at all. So 
I seriously doubt he will vote within the remaining time.

To be fair, I have to mention that we don't even have a system for internal 
ballots which is one of our main problems when it comes to making decisions.
