[pp.int.general] Fw: More arguments against neighbouring rights extension 50->95

... in an article in a new issue of the European Intellectual Property Review (2008, p. 341-247), also available on http://www.cippm.org.uk/images/Bournemouth%20Statement.pdf, with zillions of signatures.
It seems that with such a strong argumentation against the extension, we as activists don't need to find additional arguments, only perhaps summarise, and "spread the word", e.g. via national parliaments.
How could we do that?
