[pp.int.general] Jan 09 meeting

As many of you know, the next in the series of PPI meetings was supposed 
to take place in St Petersburg. We've not heard from our Russian 
colleagues in a while, so we've had to look elsewhere. The Finnish party 
has kindly agreed to step up and host.

Dates have not been set yet, but I believe it will be held in late Jan, 
probably in Helsinki. AS soon as I have more info, I'll let you know.
