That's it. In my viewpoint, Rockwell deliberately tries to confuse people mixing concepts, and also avoiding the major concept of privacy.
However, even just focusing ourselves in the market & business thing, as David says, losing net neutrality actually breaks markets and enhances monopolies -i.e., contents industry monopolies, even being ISPs tempted to be themselves the ones to arise as contents monopolies-.
I think that Rockwell's arguments are just an attempt to present a distorted reality in order to attack net neutrality :) Regards,
