It would be, again, nifty and good if we could use the first draft
manifesto or an equivalent document representing all of PPI.

However, since it's previously been decided the first draft shouldn't
be released, it may still (and I stress _may_) be possible for us to
print small quantities of flyers for different international Pirate
Parties.
