[pp.int.general] Telecompackage (138/166)

Hey everybody.
The 138 is now known as 46

The 46 will be defend by Catherine Trautmann at the european parliament.
This amedment was the last position approuved and validated by the european
parliament before the vote in ITRE on 21 april (today).
For the moment I have no news from the vote. I hope that it stay as an
amendment for the telecom package.
This amendment is particulary important for french people because of the law
"Création et internet" which must be "re"voted on 29 april.
