[pp.int.general] PPI wiki

I'm arranging a unmetered webhost while typing this.
Besides a wiki, it can also hold a presentational website for other  
organisations wich might attend one day of the conference.
 From what i'm told, even Andrew does not know who owns the PPI  
domain, so some redundancy will be nice...
