I just read the german .pdf My interpretation is also positive.
Mij interpretation/Summary:

Those pirates show how we F*cked up! We must act soon, as long as we
are bigger..."
Probably, they won't have much succes, since they did not do a good PP
analysis.
Atleast they try to do it "fair" unlike for example the german
socialist party who is posting around propaganda saying "Pirates are
conspiracy theorists/tin foil hats".
So, yes! Actually it is good news!
