June 21st 2006 here in France (I was told we were the second one after Sweden).

April 1st 2009 with regard to the registration. However, please note
that a "political party" in France is merely defined by wether it
receives public funding or not. Obviously, we don't yet.

Sep 21st 2009 as far as we're concerned.

(For those who might wonder: no, we didn't just stayed there doing
nothing between 2006 and 2009. We were just getting our domain name
stolen (thrice), trying to overcome hostile forks (half a dozen
times), trying to survive in spite of internal fights and massive
resignations, etc.)
