Potential Problems

Sweden has published a paper that hopefully will not be interrupt the
Non paper 47
"Danish text" does not include anything on tech
Net energy - info on input of energy and output.  Find on website.  www.ifg.org

Policy Principles mentioned in meeting:
Guide our principals based on the CBDR (Common but differentiated
responsibilities) Principles
1.  Institutional arrangement to enable technology transfer
    - is well funded
    - works rapidly to implement technologies everywhere
    - has comprehensive MRV (measurable, reportable, verifiable) provisions
2.  A comprehensive action plan to facilitate tech transfer
    - goals
    - accountability
    - feed back (shared learnings)
3.  Intellectual property rights
    - that allow for compulsory licensing
    - ensure fair pricing for LDC's

Follow ups:
   - Read non-paper 47 and bring comments to discuss on Thursday's
meeting  (you can also e-mail them if you have them ahead of time to
share)
   - Come prepared to have a more in depth analysis of what we as
youth are requesting from these negotiations in regards to tech
transfer.  (comments can be modeled like     Taj and Lauren's paper
format)
   - What CAN is saying (follow up by Therese)

We will be having our next meeting on Thursday, December 10th at 9am
on the white tables located in the computer lab in front of the H
hall's (same location as today).

Hope you all have a great night!

Chalie
