There's not that much tech to sell in fact. There's not much R&D into  
climate related tech. 2.5% of all patents, that's all. When it should  
be way way more.

Plus, remember, those patents are more interesting for end user (less  
energy used, more recycling…) than for corporations,  there's not so  
much of an interest for them save when building a greenwashed image.  
in this regard, "we'll be saved" by complete nobodies coming out of  
the blue to take the markets overlooked by the big business, it's  
already happening (look at wind and solar power).

Another side of the problem is that the aim of big business is not the  
good for humanity. You'll tell me, it's normal, it's not their job.  
Sure, but it should.
