To remove:

Peru: http://wiki.freeculture.org/Pirata (this is not a a Pirate Party's 
website)
Norway: http://www.piratpartiet.biz/ (this is not a Pirate Party's website)
South Africa: http://pp.org.za/ (not avaliable since several months)
Lithuania: http://piratupartija.lt/ (not working)

Is there someone from these Pirate Parties above?

I suggest the use the PPI's website as a reference of really active 
links (which list must be updated).
