VEOH, a online video sharing service that can be compared to google's
Youtube has won a copryright case.
A _federal_  Judge dismissed a lawsuit brought by a gay porn distributor
claiming that veoh was /facilitating/ the infringement of their copyrighted
work.

While Google is happy because the "youtube" case is still pending.
EFF is reported to be happy because of the fact that the courth says that
transcodeing is not facilitating.

As history tells us, this case will most likely be used for /Rent Seeking/
purposes.
Since the owner of Veoh is heavily affiliated with the /mafiaa/ it's almost
certain that this case is prepared and won on purpose. Obviously in
cooperation with the /mafiaa/.
