    I don't  talk about opponents, I talk about lawyers - with very factual 
    objections.

This must be a misunderstanding, because objections to a proposal for
political change are never "factual".  (Neither is support for the
proposal.)  Facts alone do not lead to conclusions until connected
with some sort of ethical viewpoint.  Also, lawyers are not
particularly relevant to a political issue.

I think that you are persistently changing the subject againt.

    We should not stumble over our own feet, while looking at the horizon and 
    beyond.

We must also take care not to bury our eyes in our feet so that we can't see
the horizon any more.
