<arrogant>We are now close to a basic lecture in legal theory and 
constitutional law. Nothing in law (and morale) is ever black and white. It 
is a strange paradox that "obvious" ground rules of "civilisation" have no 
eternal value but are dependent of the era</arrogant>
For "PP" purposes, I guess it helps to reduce the level of abstraction and 
look at the basic facts of concrete measures. <nasty>Perhaps you actually 
did but you message was too long to read.</nasty>
