[pp.int.general] A bit of nice news: PP.se above parliamentary threshold

This is the first published poll where we're pulling above 4% and
therefore qualify for the (Swedish, national) parliament. We've been
approaching the threshold for a while, but this is the first poll
showing us clearly in the game.

With 14 months to go until the election, and us pulling between 30% and
40% of first-time voters, this shows promise.
