But not everyone is a valuable creator. Take cc licensed music. Really
lot of people upload their tracks on their one webpages or platforms
like jamendo. But people creating really "good" stuff are rare. The
fact, that everboy can easily publish art does reduce the limit for
showing the world how cool you are to a pretty low level. Just take the
"superstar" shows raising all over the world...

The simpliest way would to take the same key as with media like tapes,
cds, copy machines, ... Some (rightholders) will profit more from the
system than others. But no system has ever been fair for everyone...
