[pp.int.general] results

afaik it'll only be enough for one seat, unless then Lisbon treaty  
comes into effect, which will bring them a second seat. The German  
constituional court will decide on that matter on 2009-06-30. If  
Germany does ratify, it'll most likely be ratified in the rest of the  
Union until the end of '09. I personally am quite sure it'll happen,  
but don't hold your breath.
