Richard, if the legislator agrees on internet tax, you are entitled to 
receive your share for all the Free/Open Source software you wrote. You will 
get the money on your bank account whether you like it or not.
If you go to court, it will not work: the court will ask: how much is your 
damage? Then you have to admitd that your (monetary!) damage is negative: 
you get *more* money that you want. Which is not a tort!
