[pp.int.general] Pirate Party joins green group in Strasbourg

I think it's a good thing that Christian Engström is joining the Greens /
EFA Group. Why do you think it is a smart move in particular, though, for
financial reasons or other? I'm just curious. Why do you think progress is
likely to be much easier in the coming five years?
