You are right. And probably there should be a day of sharing (12th
September is not a very good day though, considering Freedom Not Fear
- I suggest beginning of November, 7th, 8th, 14th or 15th).
However, Fair Use Day happens much sooner, 11th July, and is a good
first step. Especially in Europe where 11th July is a good day for
maybe writing to the Swedish presidency on the topic of exceptions and
limitations, or write to a newspaper about how the new Commission
should Really Take This Issue Seriously.
