[pp.int.general] A Swedish Rights Management organization now accepts some CC licences

It is amazing to see that a copyright organization such as STIM is
finally starting to realize, I want to highlight a few lines freely
translated from the article:
"We do not want to put sticks in the wheels of our authors to control
that they work in a certain way. In the future it will be more
flexible for the authors, they will be able to exclude certain rights
although being a member of Stim"
