Hi Joonas,

Sorry, that was (a bit) inaccurate. The plan will actually *start* in
2010, but will take more years to be completed. From what I
understand: the cameras will be placed and handled by a (yet to be
determined) private company, and the deployment/maintenance cost is
estimated to 300 M€ for the next 15 years, including 85M€ immediately.
Plus 25M€ needed to build the appropriate structures/poles/whatnot.
