And remember the most important thing:

Media loves it when they can present a story with two polars. In copyright
and patent issues local Pirate Party is a natural polar for the lobby. It
just requires enough ground work - getting membership up and running, some
events and a constant vigilance for issues on which to send press releases
and lastly, but most importantly, _always_ having someone who can do a
radio interview or tv interview, even with a short notice.

I cannot stress the last one enough - and especially having people who
know what they are talking about.

Once you break through and convince some people in main stream media that
you are worthy, then the flood gates open and mostly everyone will want
your opinion.

Mikko, who has been mostly a bystander in Finland so far and working to
get more time to work on Pirate issues in the near future.
