[pp.int.general] EU social network spy system: NDECT

We have collected some Information in our Wiki.
Most of it is in German, but there are also links to English materials.

We are also discussing measures against Indect. First of all: to raise
public awareness in the german speaking regions, because the topic hast
not been
covered by our media (nor de.wikipedia) at all.

Secondly: part of the project is to run a protoype test in a european
city. Some "creative ideas" are welcome and TBD, when massive
surveillance via cctv is being mixed with other data to detect
"abnormal" behaviour.
