Just going through a bunch of additional nonpublic documents I got on
this.
Includes a PPT from a presentation created late March 2008, the topic is
INDECT *and* "Polish Internal Security Platform" - seems no distinction
made between the two.
On the PISP, the first slide states:
"Motivation: It is impossible to effectively
combat crime (to include economic and organized crime)
without an application of highly advanced computer tools."
Isn't there an unfortunately widely held conception that copyright
infringement is an "economic crime"?
