If *anyone* gets some wishy-washy threat or penalty they *should*
request all evidence collected, details of how and where collected, by
who, plus exactly which bits of it prove they were engaged in illegal
activities.
If they take it to a 'final warning', or actual disconnection, repeat
repeat the process and also demand, via freedom of information requests,
full details of any and all police and security services dossiers or
files compiled on them, or in which they are mentioned.

An enormous spanner in the works, and a threat to seriously, seriously
embarrass the government - if it turns out they've automatically started
files on everyone in the PP.
