[pp.int.general] The Pirate Micronation

I like it, but it's contingent on land. I'm not looking for a land-based or
space-based micronation though, more of a membership to a club than a place
to live for now. Here is some context for what I'm working with.
It started with a discussion of HackerSpace Passports, and having a system
put in place that allows individuals to become members of the global (those
that had opted in) network of hackerspaces. Of course, I like the project
idea a lot. It then came to me that there are a wide variety of projects in
the world, today, that could also use a passport. Couchsurfing dot org
already provides a form of a passport, including positive and negative
feedback, that provides social capitol style feedback of a person that
follows. A pirate nation passport could very well serve as a credential
tool for all form of shared space that fits the sociocultural glove;
infoshops, hackerspaces, coop recording studios, and on and on.

These places and spaces are, to me, our micronations' embassies to the
geographic nations in which they inhabit. With enough embassies spread out
across the globe, with enough infrastructure put in place, it is possible
that members of the Pirate Micronation can actually manage to stay inside
the micronation embassy network for most of their days.

I've got some more concrete thoughts on it, but I wanted to make sure that
what I've got brewing didn't displace anyone elses project. From what I
have read from @vinay there is no exclusion to be feared.
