[pp.int.general] Brussels pre-meeting

The pub is huge, they have like 6 rooms, they will have a live band in the
cafe so I asked for a more quiet room that only got 26 kinds of beers..
There is of course nothing that stops us from going down to order other
kinds of beers in the cafe and then go back to our more quiet room where we
can discuss without shouting.
