[pp.int.general] Tweets in meeting

Taking into account that PPI is not yet such a huge thing in media and the
blogosphere (but it will be _after_ the conference), I'd suggest using the
hashtag #PPI. No other messages are really overlapping that space right now
or then. Later on, when #PPI can have more activity on its own, we could use
more specialised tagging.
