[pp.int.general] PPI conference - Important practical information

Ahoy!

PPI conference is only hours ahead  Below please find a summary of
useful information:
*EU tour - Friday, 16 April at 13:30 pm till 16:00 pm*

The EU tour will take place at EU Parliament.
The tour is scheduled for 14:00 pm but please at least 30 moinutes
before to register.

The meeting point is in the C wing of Paul-Henri SPAAK.

Take the bus 21, 22, 27, 54, 34, 38, 60, 80, 95 or 96 and get off at
Place du Luxembourg, then continue on foot.      *

Social event - Friday, 16 April at 20:00 pm*

The event will take place at café "La Porte Noire".
Please arrive before 21:00 pm at the latest. This is a popular café
and if you arrive after 21:00 pm, chances are that the place will be
already crowded. If you arrive after 21:00 pm you might not be able to
get in anymore.

Take the metro and get off at station Gare Centrale, then continue on
foot.
*PPI Conference - Saturday/Sunday 17 and 18 April starting at 9:00 am
sharp*

The confence location will be accessible as of 8:00 am, so please
arrive earlier so to allow time for registration.

Take the tram 92 (direction SCHAERBEEK GARE) and get off at stop
POGGE, then continue on foot.
*Social event - Saturday, 17 April at 20:00 pm*

The event is open to all pirates and will take place at the conference
location.
